1- no, this question is not that random.
2- i want to know how many people can actually breathe out of both nostrils...
3 - because i can't. probably only twice in my life that i remember actually being able to breathe easily out of both nostrils at the same time.

Yes, both nostrils. Left currently has slightly lower rate of flow than the right, but both are flowing.
