floodgates

today was one of those days that started off really well, felt great when i woke up, listened to beautiful music on the way to work, ate a delicious breakfast, etc. i could go on.... then about 20 mins before noon, the levee was breached and the flood began. oh my goodness.... i've never freaked out about this before and it never happened to such a severe degree.... let's hope it never does again!
